When visiting from I-81: Take the Christiansburg Exit and get on the 460 Bypass going west towards Blacksburg. Then take the Christiansburg exit from 460 Bypass and merge onto North Franklin Street.

After arriving onto N. Franklin Street: Take a right onto Patrick's Way and then an Immediate left onto Oak Tree Blvd. The Showcase Home Builders Office is located in Oak Tree Park next to the Food Lion Shopping Center and behind Christiansburg High School.
